The purpose of the Graphic Designer is to bring expertise in visual design, with proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. This role involves creating impactful designs that align with companies brand standards and contribute to our mission of innovation and excellence. Must be able to work Hybrid schedule. REQUIRED SKILLS :
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Submit portfolio showcasing creative design work and proficiency in typography, layout, and color theory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Experience working on both print and digital projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to take direction from manager, management groups, and internal customers.
- Ability to work within the Mac operating interface. PREFERRED SKILLS :
- Knowledge of Interactive Graphics.
- Basic knowledge of HTML.
- Familiarity with web design tools (e.g., Ceros) is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with DSLR camera use is a plus but not required. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent job experience.
- 1-3 years experience in graphic design.
- Good time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Well-organized, collaborative and takes direction well.
- Ability to interface well with customers, coworkers and management through excellent interpersonal skills.
