Randstad is working with a reputable and established company in the insurance space to fill a role supporting their sales and revenue teams. This person will be integral in processing and tracking deals, policies, policy changes, and customer information / billing. The ideal candidate will be extremely hardworking, be comfortable going into an office Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM, and have excellent learning skills. This is ideal for a skilled and experienced administrator who is looking for a long term home. Responsibilities
- Support agents in booking and balancing deals and revenue in the internal system
- Provide support in processing all deals, keying in policies, and managing incoming packets
- Create and update Excel spreadsheets for policies
- Provide support to receptionist, office administrator, and any other team members as needed
- Scanning in policies, documents, and checks
- Matching payments to accounts
- Answer phones when needed
