Responsibilities
Prepares, posts, verifies, and records tenant payments and transactions in Yardi. Performs day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording of Accounts Receivable data. Review bank statements against general ledger postings making corrections and / or adjustments in reconciling discrepancies. Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting transactions. Verifies accounting ledgers by reconciling monthly statements. Reconciles processed work by verifying entities and company reports to balances. Ensure the proper processing of subsidy accounts and incoming payments are following internal operating policies. Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoices and expense reports recording entries. Analyzes intercompany management fees for commercial properties. Assists with internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and explanations.
