Responsibilities
- Managing real estate tax schedules, payments, and compliance for various municipalities.
- Processing and tracking NYC certiorari tax refunds and attorney payments.
- Overseeing mortgage obligations, maintaining an accurate payables database, and ensuring timely debt service payments.
- Abstracting key details from mortgage documents and updating records.
- Reconciling mortgage balances, lender statements, and related accounting spreadsheets.
- Serving as a backup for online banking transactions.
