We are currently looking for a Production Coordinator in Brentwood, NY. As a Production Coordinator, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance PEQ (Productivity, Efficiency, and Quality) while supporting the growth and development of your team. You'll ensure that appropriate staffing levels are maintained and that all associates receive the training they need to perform their roles effectively. Additionally, you'll play a key role in ensuring all SLAs are met on time, contributing to the overall success of the team and company.
salary : $20 - $21 per hour

work hours : 10 AM - 7 : 30 PM

Responsibilities
- Ensure quality processes are being followed by the team and that all work is fulfilled and mailed within the SLA
- Act as a primary contact between Operations and Client Services
- Works with Supervisor to manage the team's labor, ensuring the operation runs efficiently.
- Participates actively in daily operations meetings and projects to evaluate workflow and look for opportunities to enhance processes
- Responsible for cross-training associates to reduce labor costs and position associates where needed.
- Provide input for the development and improvement of the team
- New product testing
- Work closely with the team to ensure turnaround and job quality to meet client specifications
- Monitors Unit Cost and Quality metrics and reviews results with Supervisor / Management during weekly meetings
- Manages daily Volume Reporting
- Ensures feedback is given to team members in a timely manner to ensure all associates are informed of all Broadridge events and opportunities
- Maintain effective communication with all the departments (Print, QA, Warehouse, and Shipping) to ensure the best quality service and limit room for error
- Comfortable with speaking in public
- Ensure all safety standards are met and followed by the team
- A solid focus on team building
