Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the receiving process, ensuring goods are checked against purchase orders and inspected for damage or missing items.
• Manage all aspects of inventory control, including stock accuracy and proper storage.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing and logistics for timely stock replenishment.
• Recruit, train, and mentor warehouse staff.
• Provide continuous training on safety protocols and operational best practices.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement development plans.
• Conduct regular safety audits and staff training sessions.
• Work closely with procurement, logistics, and quality teams to align operations with business goals.
• Maintain detailed records of received shipments, inventory adjustments, and staff performance.
• Generate regular reports on inventory health, receiving efficiency, and staffing needs.
