Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. As a Body Tech, you will perform vehicle repairs and restoration, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety. You will work with a team of professionals to diagnose, repair, and restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.
Duties
- Perform auto body repairs such as dent removal, panel replacement, frame straightening, and refinishing.
- Repair and replace damaged parts using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
- Ensure all repairs meet or exceed industry standards for quality and safety.
- Collaborate with estimators and other team members to ensure timely and efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Perform inspections to guarantee the quality of repairs before delivering vehicles to customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an auto body technician.
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques and procedures.
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and follow repair estimates and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- I-CAR certification is preferred, but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $29.00 per hour
