What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Inspector position at Randy Funk Home Inspections?
- HOME INSPECTOR (YOU MUST BE CERTIFIED)
- Immediate opening! FOR TOP RATED INSPECTION COMPANY
- EXPERIENCED and CERTIFIED through the Idaho Association of Home Inspectors, or other top national association or home inspector school (REQUIRED.)
- Previous experience is required in home inspections, and construction, plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc.
- Must be familiar with all internal and external mechanics of residential and commercial inspections.
- The ideal candidate is certified, experienced, detailed, professional, reliable, and computer proficient.
- A good work ethic, positive attitude, excellent references and communication skills are also required. Police background check will be required.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is necessary.
- Days of operation are Monday-Saturday. Part -Time at first. Compensation based on experience.
- A training agreement is required.
