Position Summary:
The Server must have excellent communication skills, a high level of professionalism with attention to detail. problem-solving, good organizational skills, and multitasker without feeling overwhelmed. Can think quickly on your feet. Has a true servants heart to please guests at all times. Must have a minimum of 2-year experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Insures exemplary guest services through all forms of banquet service such as platted dinners, buffets, grazing stations, family style and interactive stations.
- Ensures that events are properly equipped and executed by transporting, pulling, setting up, and breaking down, as well as returning equipment to designated storages in compliance with standards and instructions.
- Performs side work by helping to provide a safe and clean work environment.
- Cleans and organizes the restocking of equipment/products returning from catering events.
- Understands safety responsibilities as well as environmental laws by following established procedures, policies, training, and involvement activities.
- Performs other duties that could be assigned.
Pay: $18 an hour plus tips
Minimum Requirements, Qualifications and Characteristics
- High School diploma and prefer at least 1-year industry experience.
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to read and understand simple instructions, memos and short correspondence.
- Must have a working phone that can be used to clock in or receive text messages,
- Must be able to exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills and develop effective proactive solutions.
- Must be able to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Must be able to complete work in a timely, organized manner.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Must be able to work independently if needed at an event.
- Must be able to interact positively with clients, staff and other third parties.
- Serve Safe Certification (food handlers)
Essential Physical Functions:
- Ability to sit, see, hear, and speak for extended periods of time.
- Ability to stand, squat, crouch and lift arms above head.
- Ability to sit, stand or walk for 6 to 8 hours per day.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
