What are the responsibilities and job description for the Garden Center Sales/ Customer Service Associate. position at Randy's Perennials & Water Gardens?
The Garden Centers customer service/sales postion works in the Garden Center and is responsible for exemplifying Randys core values, serving customers, sales, deliveries, maintaining an assigend section, and helping with inventory management.
*Love of plants and flowers is a must; Some knowledge is helpful.
*Providing impeccable customer service to all of our clients by answering questions, helping with loading of their landscaping needs as efficiently as possible.
*Able to multitask, and helping out other associates when needed.
*Maintaining/Organizing/Restocking/Unloading our inventory daily.
*Willingness to take on the physical challenges of working with landscape materials (heavy lifting is involved). Ensuring the customers are taken care of in such a way the our continued relationship with them is guaranteed.
Working outside in the extremes of Georgia weather is involved, as well as lifting assisting customers.

Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested
