As a part of our team, your job will be to help the customer secure the best insurance policies with appropriate coverage's to protect them and their family if something were to happen. In other words, you will become a trusted adviser.
*Job Responsibilities of a Licensed insurance Sales Producer
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
Maintain knowledge of new insurance products.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
*Requirements
Property & Casualty insurance License is required for the position (Life License if applying for Life producer) but we can show you how to obtain the necessary license. The process takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks.
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coach-able.
Prior Sales Experience.
Professional phone etiquette.
Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
Driven and goal-oriented individual.
