Responsibilities
Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance on vehicles to ensure they operate smoothly and efficiently.
Diagnostics: Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues and develop effective repair strategies.
Repair Work: Perform major and minor repairs on various vehicle components, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
Quality Assurance: Test drive vehicles post-service to ensure repairs are up to standard and the vehicle is safe for the road.
Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to discuss vehicle issues and repair timelines.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed for future reference.
Continuous Education: Stay updated with the latest technologies and advancements in the automotive industry.
Requirements
Certification: ASE Certification is highly preferred and a strong asset.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician or a similar role.
Problem-solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to diagnose complex automotive issues efficiently.
