Responsibilities
Vehicle Repair : Inspect and diagnose vehicles for body damage and perform necessary repairs to restore vehicles to their original condition.
Paintwork : Prepare and apply paint to vehicles, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets both industry standards and customer expectations.
Collaboration : Work closely with service advisors, parts department, and other technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of repairs.
Quality Control : Conduct thorough inspections after repairs to guarantee the workmanship meets quality expectations.
Customer Service : Interact with customers to explain repair processes and provide updates on the status of their vehicles.
Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work area for the safety of all team members.
Requirement
Experience : Minimum of three years experience as a body shop technician in an automotive setting.
Certification : ASE certification in collision repair is preferred.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in automotive repair, welding, and alignment equipment.
Detail-Oriented : Strong attention to detail in repair and finishing tasks.
Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to accurately assess vehicle damage and execute efficient and effective repair strategies.
