Responsibilities

Lead Generation : Initiate contact with potential clients to generate interest in the company's services.

Client Engagement : Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.

Appointment Setting : Schedule appointments for sales and service teams with potential customers.

Follow-up : Maintain consistent communication with prospective clients to ensure ongoing interest in our services.

Database Management : Accurately record all client information and interactions in our CRM system.

Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and service teams to align on customer needs and strategic objectives.

Requirements

Experience : Prior experience in customer service or sales is highly preferred.
