Responsibilities
Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with a variety of automotive systems.
Maintain accurate records of customer repairs and services conducted.
Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and meets the company's standards.
Provide exceptional customer service by explaining necessary repairs and maintenance to clients.
Keep a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in auto maintenance or a related field.
Technical Skills: Solid understanding of automotive systems and mechanical components.
Certification: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification is highly preferred.
Problem-Solving: Strong diagnostic abilities to identify and resolve vehicle issues efficiently.
Communication: Excellent verbal skills to effectively talk with team members and customers.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, bend, and stand for extended periods.
