Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Develop and design maintenance procedures and manage implementation processes.
- Handle multiple internal and external customer sponsored project and daily activities. Manage project meetings, deadlines and track departmental accomplishments and goals.
- Plan and oversee all repair and preventative maintenance activities for the facility and production lines.
- Develop capital spending plans, cost analysis and oversee cost savings projects per year.
- Mentor Maintenance technicians by motivating and providing direction to achieve department and facility goals.
- Perform Weekly, Monthly and Annual preventative maintenance (PMs).
- Maintain and Monitor E-Maintenance PM Program.
- Perform internal Audits.
- Maintain and manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Support the Operations team working in a safe and customer-focused manner. Must be self-motivated and customer focused.
- Bachelor’s Degree or previous maintenance experience.
- Previous supervisory or manager experience preferred and electrical experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills plus knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Work, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work nights, weekends and/or early morning hours based on products/facility needs.
