Quality Supervisor Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to direct reports in accordance with company core values.
- Train, mentor and develop direct reports and peers to be skilled experts.
- Complete weekly schedules for direct reports and communicate changes.
- Daily monitoring of employee hours worked.
- Investigation of any time and/or attendance deviations.
- Report and conducting disciplinary measures.
- Orders materials for QA inspectors and maintain inventory.
- Manage SAP Inventory for quality issues.
- Create and provide training to the quality department.
- Generating quality reports to also include rejected parts.
- Support production floor with quality issues.
- Provide problem solving and process improvement initiatives.
- Support, implement and run continues improvement actions.
- Practices and enforces safety standards.
- Other duties assigned by manager.
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications.
- Detail orientated.
- Ability to use multiple computer systems and programs.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- 18yrs of age or older.
- Previous quality experience and supervisory experience preferred.
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Bilingual preferred by not required.
