The goal of a maintenance technician is to maintain buildings, common areas and equipment in the best possible condition.
Location: Waterloo, IA
Salary: $19 - $26 /hour (starting pay is based on experience and shift)

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
Perform maintenance of electrical systems, plumbing, and all other jobs required to keep the equipment functioning properly.
Keep maintenance records up to date on all equipment.
Communicate with managers on the progress of equipment repairs and maintenance.
