The Production Supervisor manages a production team and works proactively to ensure company objectives are met in a timely manner. The position requires effective communication skills and candidates must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
Location: Waterloo, IA.
Salary: $20 - $28 /hour (starting pay is based on experience)

Production Supervisor Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production targets are achieved.
Coach and support employees.
Monitor housekeeping and correct safety issues.
Ensure compliance to environmental, productivity, quality, and health & safety standards.
Identify and implement continuous improvement projects.
Prepare and adhere to department budget.
Enforce policies and procedures and apply disciplinary action as needed.
Prepare and maintain production reports and records taking corrective action when necessary.
Coordinate departmental maintenance and engineering needs.
Responsible for inventory analysis.
Order and purchase necessary equipment or materials for assembly or production.
