Pharmacist Clinical CoordinatorVirtual InterviewsPay Range : $120,640- 191,422.4Sign ON Bonus : $15k SHIFT : DAYS 8A-5P (MONDAY-FRIDAY, WEEKENDS AS NEEDED)Required : Doctor of Pharmacy required from an accredited institution. Five (5) years of hospital clinical Pharmacy experience. Licensed to practice in the State of Texas. ACPE IV certification. ACLS, BLS (AHA)Preferred : Completion of PGY-1 residency with additional three (3) years of clinical experience or PGY-2 residency in an acute care setting highly preferred. Completion of an accredited Residency in Hospital Pharmacy, specialty training in Disease State Management. Antimicrobial stewardship certification.
