Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) to join our team at Live Oak Mental Health and Wellness Center in Ladson, South Carolina.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans for behavioral health services.
- Provide leadership and oversight to nursing staff, including managers and house supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in behavioral health care.
Requirements
- Master's degree in nursing or related field required; Doctoral degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an ACNO or in a similar leadership role in a behavioral health setting.
- Proven track record of successful program development and implementation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary range: $109,449 - $142,292 per year (may go up to $150K depending on YOE).
- 15%-22.5% bonus potential.
