Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Physical Therapist Discipline : Therapy Start Date : 03 / 24 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days, nights, rotating Employment Type : Local Contract Job Title : Physical Therapist Location : [Craig, CO] Shift : [Day / Night / Rotating] Job Description : Diagnose and manage movement dysfunction and enhance physical and functional abilities. Restore, maintain, and promote not only optimal physical function but optimal wellness and fitness and optimal quality of life as it relates to movement and health. Recommend use of assistive devices and provide gait training, as deemed necessary Completes discharge planning by consulting with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other health care workers; contributing to patient care conferences. Qualifications : 2years Physical Therapist experience - Required.
