Title: RN Charge Skilled Nursing Job Title: RN Charge Location: Temple, TX Job Status/Hours: Full-Time, Days, (3) 12-hour shifts per week, 6A-6P Department: Skilled Nursing Unit Unit Specifics: 23 beds, 5:1 nurse/patient ratio Essential Functions of the Role You will utilize nursing judgment and reasoning to make precise health assessments, ensuring these assessments align with standard practices. You will check nursing procedures. Use research to make changes. You will demonstrate caring practices by addressing both emotional and physical discomfort, aiming to foster healing and prevent excess distress. Key Success Factors Familiarity with nursing and patient care protocols and practices. Proven communication skills both in speech and writing. Exceptional problem-solving abilities coupled with smart critical thinking skills. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has completed an established program in Nursing. At least (2) two years in the field. Registered Nurse License.
