Medical Director for Home Healthcare

Rang Healthcare seeks an experienced Medical Director to oversee our home healthcare division.

This role will lead the development of high-quality patient care services in a home healthcare setting. The successful candidate will have experience managing multidisciplinary teams and implementing best practices to enhance patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Lead a team of professionals in providing comprehensive patient care services, including assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and coordinating referrals as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on patient care activities and program performance.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans to grow and improve the home healthcare division.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field (Master's Degree preferred)
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting (preferably home healthcare)
• Proven track record of improving patient outcomes and increasing program efficiency
• Strong clinical knowledge and analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
