Job Overview
This exciting opportunity allows the selected candidate to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively under pressure, and possess a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient outcomes and consult with other specialists as needed to ensure optimal patient care.
- Communicate effectively with ED physicians and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
- Provide care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations.
The selected candidate will work night shifts, varying weekdays and weekends, with one week of training on day shift. A current Registered Nurse license within the State of Illinois is required, along with BLS and ACLS certification.
