About the Role
Rang Healthcare is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled travel nurse to join their team in Fairfield, Maine.
This 13-week contract will require the selected candidate to work 30 hours per week, with three 10-hour shifts per week. The ideal candidate will have experience in Peritoneal Dialysis and hold a ME State/compact RN license as well as BLS Certification from AHA.
Job Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' health status and vital signs before, during, and after dialysis treatments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor dialysis machines and ensure proper functioning throughout the treatment.
- Provide education to patients and their families about dialysis procedures, dietary restrictions, and lifestyle changes.
