Job Description: This position involves coordinating nursing care for residents of various ages, ensuring safe, efficient, and therapeutic care while considering individual health needs. The nurse makes independent clinical decisions, supervises staff, and works closely with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans. Responsibilities include patient assessments, education, emergency response, and promoting positive communication with patients, families, and staff. The nurse ensures compliance with policies, manages patient care documentation, and participates in ongoing education. In the absence of the Director of Nursing, the nurse may take on the role of charge nurse.
