At least (1) one reference must be from a supervisor.Shift : 8 hour days; 8 : 00AM-5 : 00PM or 10 hour days; 7 : 00AM-6 : 00PMCaseload is a variety of outpatient, inpatient and nursing home. Will consider new graduate candidates.Requirements : Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Maine and active BLS issued through American Heart Association
