Duties:
Build Statistical and predictive modeling for the marketing team using Text classification algorithms.
Design statistical analysis for various clinical studies and deploy dashboards with results, graphs for scientists to interpret the findings.
Develop data pipeline for streaming data in AWS platform using firehose, stream and glue.
Extract and preprocess scientific trial data from various big data sources using pyspark.
Analyze clinical trial data to interpret underlying pattern by applying statistical methods and compile reports to describe the findings of the analysis.
Identify relationships and trends in data, as well as any factors that could affect the results of research.
Compile reports, charts, or graphs that help describe and interpret findings of analyses.
Design statistical analysis for various clinical studies and deploy dashboards with results, graphs for scientists to interpret the findings.
Perform data wrangling, manipulation and transformation in pandas, numpy, pyspark on app data involving customers behavior.
Identify project priorities and communicate effectively with project team and management and manage timely flow of information to users.
Consolidate and prepare master data from different sources for clinical studies to understand the pattern of crisis state.
Prototype predictive model in R Shiny for visualization and research.
Optimize the Sentiment Analysis code (Natural Language processing) to scale for future data.
Develop a clustering model to segment customers based on geographic location for sampling.
Use various dimensionality-reducing techniques like PCA to capture only useful information from large data features.
Find outliers and other anomalies in the data obtained from processing the Text images of different domain specific images.
Design the architecture for data ingestion in AWS platform for new clinical study.
Requirements: At least a bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
