Job Title: MSP Low Voltage Lead/ IT Technical Lead
Location: City of Industry, CA (Onsite)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced MSP Low Voltage Lead to oversee IT infrastructure and enterprise architecture for a key project in Los Angeles County. This onsite role requires expertise in low voltage systems, structured cabling, network infrastructure, and security solutions. The selected candidate will be responsible for system design, implementation, and compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:
Lead IT architecture and infrastructure design to align with business objectives.
Develop and maintain enterprise reference models and ensure seamless integration across systems.
Design and implement low voltage systems, including structured cabling (copper & fiber optic), CCTV, access control, and audiovisual solutions.
Ensure compliance with BICSI and TIA/EIA standards for system designs.
Create detailed technical documentation, schematics, and wiring diagrams using AutoCAD.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to optimize IT solutions.
Participate in test planning, validation, and system reviews.
Ensure information security best practices are applied across the enterprise architecture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
7 years of experience in IT architecture, infrastructure, and enterprise-level systems.
4 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
Strong knowledge of low voltage systems (network cabling, CCTV, intrusion, paging, etc.).
Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating system schematics and technical drawings.
Familiarity with network topologies, IP addressing, and hardware such as switches.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
3 years of recent experience in low voltage system design.
Relevant industry certifications such as BICSI RCDD, NICET.
Experience in technical documentation and enterprise architecture methodologies.
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
