What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Administrator position at Rangam consultancy Inc?
Position is fully onsite
Brief Synopsis ;
We need help with our contract compliance tracking.
They will be reviewing our contracts and pulling sales data from our systems to see if the Customer is in compliance or not with the contract spending. If not, helping set up the billing letters to send to the Customer. Work with finance to estimate what we will be able to collect from compliance billings.
Also, they will also need to evaluate each contract to see if we are able to increase pricing or not, and again work with finance and the C&P team to change contracts in need be.
Education min. / Experience min. :
Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience. (manager open to min. of 1yr. experience)
Top 5 skills / requirements :
Proficient with excel, great analytical skills, able to communicate complex ideas to a wider audience, ability to handle large data sets.
Skillset that complimented the role :
Attention to detail, accounting / finance or legal experience is preferred, able to work at a fast pace, able to prioritize work and shift focus between different projects, and ability to reach out and work together with multiple departments.
Contract Contractor requirements :
Support contract compliance by :
Pulling contracts and relevant amendments to identify the product commitments.
Pulling sales actuals to verify Customer actual purchases.
Identify Customers that have defaulted on their purchase commitment.
Analyze sales trend to identify which Customers are trending to be out of compliance.
Work with Strategic Pricing Manager and District Managers to highlight accounts that are non-compliant.
Work with District Managers and sales ambassador to provide sales data for business reviews.
Assist in creating tools / metrics to evaluate individual Customer profitability – Key are of focus for this year.
Assist Contract Management Representatives (CMR) on CPI investigations.
