About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Production Artist/Graphic Designer with a proven track record in production design and graphic design. In this role, you will transform diverse materials into standardized, templated designs while adhering to branding guidelines and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert existing designs into templated formats.
- Regularly utilize tools like Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Premier.
- Design web elements such as JPEGs, GIFs, and PNGs (not web design).
- Use Word and PowerPoint for graphic design purposes.
- Collaborate on video and animation creation using industry-standard software.
- Ensure all branding approvals are met and maintained.
- Optionally, contribute to copywriting projects.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience in creating and refining designs using software like PowerPoint, Quark, Photoshop, Corel, and Macromedia.
- Ability to organize complex text/numbers into effective graphs or charts.
- Production experience with film or direct-to-press files.
- Knowledge of current industry design trends and branding best practices.
- Strong communication skills to deliver clear, creative solutions.
- 3 years of experience in production design/graphic design.
- Pharma or healthcare industry experience is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Copywriting experience for marketing strategies or projects.
- Familiarity with creating templates, logos, and master pages in design tools.
