Join our Cell Therapy Analytical Development team, where we advance cutting-edge biological assays to support the development of cell therapy products from research through commercialization. This role focuses on bioanalytical characterization, enabling manufacturing processes, formulation, drug product development, and regulatory submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic lab experiments, including ELISA, cell culture, co-culture assays, cytotoxicity assays, and flow cytometry-based assays.
- Conduct sample testing to support process and product development.
- Assist in method development and optimization under supervisor guidance.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in eLN and DLIMS.
- Present experimental findings in group and project meetings.
- Ensure laboratory organization and compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate in a cross-functional, team-based environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Immunology, Cell Biology, Biotechnology, or related field.
- 2 years of hands-on experience in a biotech, pharma, or academic setting.
- Strong proficiency in cell culture and cell-based bioassays.
- Experience with ELISA or similar technology platforms for cytokine production.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with flow cytometry (desirable but not required).
Previous Cell Therapy industry experience is a plus.
