What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Entry Specialist position at Rangam?
Rangam is seeking a Lockbox Remittance Processor responsible for processing daily document transactions. The right candidate will focus on process effectiveness with an emphasis on high quality service and productivity. Role will include transporting, organizing and labelling of bins and will require some lifting.

Responsibilities
- Preparing batches of work by removing payments and forms from envelopes
- Inputting data into the system while following standard operating procedures and customer specific instructions for processing
- Operating high-speed imaging equipment
- Verifying checks through customer specific instructions for processing
- Matching check images to corresponding material while validating quality of images
- Maintaining productivity and quality standards
- Contributing to meeting team goals in addition to individual responsibilities
- Working in all areas / departments of production as needed
- Making judgment calls regarding routine duties but refer non-routine situations to a supervisor and / or manager
- Transport bins to associates and racks. Organize bins on racks to include rack labeling and moving empty and filled racks throughout the production floor. Requires lifting of work
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :
12-month contract on-site in Elgin, IL
Schedule - Monday Through Friday - 7am ET - 3 : 30pm ET - Pay $19 per hour
Other shifts that may be available are :
2nd shift - Monday - Friday 3 : 30PM-12AM - Pay $20.90 per hour
3rd shift - Sunday - Thursday - 10 : 30PM-7AM - Pay $21.85 per hour
Weekends - Saturday - Tuesday 5 : 00AM- 3 : 30PM - Pay $21.85 per hour
Weekends - Friday - Monday 5 : 00AM - 3 : 30PM - Pay $21.85 per hour
