Experience: 3-4 years in a pharmaceutical lab environment
Must-Have Skills:
● Experience in lab maintenance & equipment troubleshooting
● Knowledge of pipettes, balances, centrifuges, flow cytometers & analytical equipment
● Ability to stock, rotate & manage consumable inventory
● Hands-on experience with CMMS software (BMRAM or Maximo)
● Familiarity with electronic documentation & quality systems (GDocP a plus)
Key Responsibilities:
● Perform routine lab maintenance & preventative equipment care
● Troubleshoot and repair lab instrumentation issues
● Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on equipment maintenance & downtime reduction
● Plan, schedule, and escort vendors for maintenance, calibrations & installations
● Maintain 5S lab organization standards for optimal efficiency
● Complete and review documentation using Good Documentation Practices (GDocP)
