Must-Have Skills:
- 3 years of experience in the Supply Planning domain
- BA/BS degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain Management processes (scheduling, warehousing, fulfillment, reverse logistics)
- Proficiency in procurement processes, specifically in issuing purchase orders and managing order fulfillment
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Tactical, data analytics, PO/invoice procurement support, & other business operation support functions
- Experience in project management and Production/Planning MRP
- Understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain Management processes (scheduling, warehousing, fulfillment, reverse logistics)
- Proficiency in procurement processes, specifically in issuing purchase orders and managing order fulfillment
- Experience writing SQL queries or possessing a quantitative background with a desire to learn
- Experience in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply planning
- Proficiency in analytical tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, etc.
Role Mandate:
- As a Supply Planner, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate supply levels, researching supply discrepancies, and forecasting future supply needs.
- In addition, you will support development and enhancement of business processes, tools, and analytics to support demand planning, forecasting activities and inventory management.
- The Supply Planner will act as the primary contact for Infrastructure supply plans which support Client mass production builds at its data centers, POPs, and MNA locations globally.
- As a Supply Planner, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate supply levels, researching supply discrepancies, and forecasting future supply needs.
- In addition, you will support development and enhancement of business processes, tools, and analytics to support demand planning, forecasting activities and inventory management.
- You will be part of a team working to mitigate supply chain risks to support the program demand.
- This position is part of the Client Infrastructure Supply chain and Engineering team reporting to the Global Technology Source team.

Role Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

- Collaborate with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) to review and manage supply and demand, ensuring alignment with Client production needs
- Triage and escalate supply chain issues to the appropriate contacts, facilitating swift resolution
- Support procurement activities, including issuing purchase orders and tracking procurement-related issues to resolution
- Assist with various business support and analysis tasks to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that ensure timely delivery of high-quality products to customers, while minimizing costs and maximizing efficiency
- Monitor and analyze key supply chain performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs, using data-driven decision making and continuous improvement methodologies
- Work with IT system developers to spec, implement, and validate new tools/systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Prepare process workflows and associated documentation, ensuring accuracy and clarity of information
