Job Title: SCADA System Analyst
Location: Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462 or Newark, DE 19702 or Kennett Square, PA 19348
Duration: 12 Months, extension possible based on needs and performance
Job Description:
Hybrid Schedule with 3 days in office 2 days remote
Work shift; standard 8am – 5pm (M-F)
Key experience:
- Manual System – ADMS exp 3-5 yrs
- Client needs balance of strong IT background supporting Utility
- Yrs of Exp 3-5 (related to role, not just 3-5 yrs career exp, exp must be applicable)
- College degree needed: Technical Degree, Engineering degree, or related concentration preferred
- SCADA application exp 3-5 yrs
- Substation Exp (below 138kv) 3-5 yrs
- Distribution voltage exp 3-5
- NERC required after onboarding / after training (ongoing training will be provided)
- PM’s with Substation exp are also considered with no PMP required
- Engineering background with SCADA and ADMS exp considered 3-5 yrs
- Real-time IT / Server configuration exp considered
Project Overview –
- Need resources to support the Distribution Support Operations Team with Data Management and Data Linking services within CLIENT‘s Advanced Distribution Management System (EUADMS) through database and display updates, maintenance, and SCADA updates.
Scope Of Work –
- The scope of work includes providing Data Maintenance, Display Maintenance, Network Model Maintenance and Advance Application for distribution and Substation Systems within the EUADMS.
- Support EUADMS SCADA Database, Display Builds and Database linking in commissioning of Distribution and Substation Automation Devices and maintaining the Distribution System Model on an as needed and requested basis.
- High level of competence in distribution and substation systems software applications and support
- Work Management application competence.
- Database and/or display updates for all SCADA and Manual controlled devices in the distribution/substation model using preset templates.
- Provide process support and qualification requirements (NERC, knowledge of specific programming IP, System, Documentation Security, Safety)
Deliverables - Minimum required deliverables to CLIENT SPOC:
- Provide Weekly reports to support the Business processes.
- Develop new and/or modified DMS displays and databases
- Maintain Recloser and substation equipment program
- Provide Analytical Documentation (when requested) with high level analysis to support the Business processes.
- Biweekly accountabilities meetings with the CLIENT SPOC regarding status of the deliverables and services.
- Formatted reports providing testing success and status
