What are the responsibilities and job description for the RCI-PFE-33543-1 Lab Technician position at Rangam?
We are seeking a dedicated GMP Manufacturing Operator to support clinical drug product manufacturing. The operator will follow GMP SOPs, execute cGMP batch records, and work in Grade A and Grade C environments for aseptic manufacturing. Training and gowning qualification will be provided for working in controlled environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Successfully complete gowning qualifications.
- Follow approved SOPs and batch records.
- Formulate buffers and clinical drug products.
- Aseptically fill drug product vials and support ongoing GMP manufacturing activities.
- Work in compliance with hearing conservation area/environment guidelines.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum: High school diploma.
- Preferred: Degree in Biotechnology.
- Some relevant experience preferred.
Technical Skills Requirements:
- Experience or willingness to train in:
- SoloVPE
- Osmometry
- pH/conductivity measurements
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for up to 4 hours straight.
- Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds.
- Must be able to gown into the manufacturing suite.
- Some overtime may be required.
