Must have:
- Min 1 year experience in purified water systems operation and maintenance. This needs to be at a large facility more then 7 gallons per minute. purified water systems operation and maintenance.
- Examples of prior jobs: US Filters, Xylem Water Solutions, Culligan Water, RO Water, Evoqua Water, Di Water. Reverse osmosis, wifi water.
- Entry level engineer
- Experience in pharmaceutical GMP environment
- A plus - Experience in general utilities such as air handling units, compressed air, chillers, electrical, etc.
Duration: 3 to 6 months with possibility for contingent assignment extension for an additional 3 to 6 months.
Temp to perm: Possibility to extend to perm based on openings and performance. We will evaluate after the first 3 months.
Shift: 1st Shift Monday - Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm up to 10 additional hours of overtime a week. May be asked to work on the weekends about 20%.

• Perform automated equipment troubleshooting.
• Execute planned maintenance and corrective work orders.
• Support to equipment, utilities and process troubleshooting / repairs.
• Responsible for multiple small projects related to new equipment, upgrades to existing equipment, facility modifications, and utility infrastructure.
• Perform technical documents, SOP updates and change controls.
• Provides ongoing support to maintenance staff to solve complex problems, understand and coach failure modes, and prepare technical solutions on facility controls equipment.
• Will implement safe work practices and process controls to ensure a safe operation of equipment and facility. May include job hazard analysis, failure fault trees, and risk assessments to drive a preventable injury work place and continuously safe process.
• Developed financial models to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Conducted financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support business objectives.
• Evaluated business performance and identified opportunities for improvement.
• Provided ad-hoc analytical support for key initiatives, including sales, operations, and capital investment efforts.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.
Education/Certification/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years’ experience or Associate Degree with 6 years’ experience within pharmaceutical or related manufacturing facility or equivalent combination of years and experience.
• 1-3 years purified water systems operation and maintenance experience.
• Experience on using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems to track the scheduling and execution of maintenance activities.
• PLC experience or certification a plus
• GMP Compliance related documentation a plus
• Project management experience a plus.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
• Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot hardware and software used on purified water systems.
• Reading and ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Communicating clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Management skills to lead a team of maintenance technicians and meet department goals and expectations.
Problem Solving:
• Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature where the ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required.
• Exercises judgment within specifically defined practices and policies and selects methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Normally provides general instruction on routine work and detailed instruction on new assignments to direct reports.
• May be asked to recommend methods and procedures for problem resolution.
