Job Description:
PMO Team – Project Manager
Hybrid in Hartford, 3 days a week
Asap, 6 months, potential to convert
Job Summary:
- Under moderate supervision, the Project Manager will work directly with the Integrated Marketing team on key account assignments.
- This person will play a pivotal role in leading the internal day-to-day operations and project management of marketing deliverables across Enterprise Integrated Marketing (EIM) from inception to completion.
- Project managers ensure their projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the quality standards established and upheld by client EIM team.
- The Project Manager will work in an integrated fashion across multiple teams within Enterprise Integrated Marketing.
- This role will require a strong ability to multitask, as the individual will need to drive multiple large initiatives forward at the same time.
- The Project Manager’s core responsibilities are creating detailed project plans and timelines, tracking production, securing reviews and approvals from key stakeholders, and ensuring all marketing assets are delivered on time and on budget.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing development is a must for this position.
- Print and Video production project management experience also strongly desired.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 3-5 years in Project Management of marketing deliverables with 2 years in Advertising or Marketing.
- Strong project management skills and working knowledge of project management tools.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- CSM (Scrum Certification Preferred).
- Experience running projects waterfall and agile-like methodologies in an advertising setting.
- Experience with timeline management for deliverables like: Video production, Print, Email, Web, Digital, etc.
- Strong experience using project management tools is a must. Workfront is a preferred platform.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A motivated, driven and self-starting individual who enjoys solving problems and finding areas of improvement.
Salary : $45 - $50
