What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trust & Wealth Management Assistant position at Range Bank?

The Trust and Wealth Management Assistant is responsible for the departmental administrative functions. This position will work in our Front St office.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain departmental calendar
- Schedule & maintain in person, online, and telephone client reviews and appointments in alignment with client service model
- Day to day client communications
- Answer incoming departmental calls and transfer to team members
- Greet all clients and visitors to the third floor
- Email/mail new client intake forms and assembly of initial and review client appointment folders
- Assist with gathering client information and account opening process
- Prepare Federal Home Loan Documents file for storage with Range Bank Trust Department and work with team member handling funding
- Assemble hard copy review books and assure Officers have books ready for meetings
- Client relationship mailings (birthday cards, Christmas etc.)
- Execute client email blasts
- Maintain departmental data site
- Prepare and provide Executive Assistant with reports for monthly board meeting
- Client Relationship Management System
- Download Daily Reports after daily settlement is complete, print and mail checks, convert all reports into one daily report & upload to synergy
- Prepare quarterly personal securities reports for each dept member and email completed forms to CEO
- Manage Department service level agreement monitoring-complete form & have Officer sign off
- Document Management
Audit/Compliance
- Work with department to maintain high standards
Minimum Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office products including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- A strong work ethic

- 1 year of Customer service-related work experience
