This position is located at Patrick Space Force Base, Florida or Vandenberg Space Force Base, California.
This position is eligible for a hybrid telecommuting schedule.
Essential Functions
- Leads the enterprise, which spans across RGNext locations from Patrick Space Force Base, FL to Vandenberg Space Force Base, California, in the stand up a centralized service level agreement (SLA) management organization/capability that is responsible for agreements not only related to traditional information technology (IT) business systems but also mission systems.
- Ensure the department is staffed with qualified personnel needed to successfully plan and manage the team’s efforts. This includes interviewing, hiring, performance reviews, etc.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to personnel unable to meet RGNext standards for ethics, technical quality, customer service or timeliness.
- Ensure all personnel are properly trained to execute their responsibilities and receive initial and recurring guidance, instructions and direction needed to ensure quality and timely service.
- Develops policies, processes, and procedures and use existing business systems to enhance monitoring of all service level agreements across the enterprise in one database.
- Acts as primary customer interface in all SLA related matters, to include establishing and leading a recurring working group meeting with external stakeholders and participating in ad hoc meetings to status service performance, issues, or improvements.
- Leads internal SLA stakeholder meetings and participates in program and corporate level meetings as needed.
- Provides training and process flows of the inventory system implementation and execution across the program
- Reviews all existing SLAs for applicability and makes recommendations for fiscal year budgeting needs based on demand from the program
- Reviews and recommends solutions for new service/software level agreements based on emerging technologies and modernization efforts.
- Leads change management process improvement and tool enhancement initiatives.
- Performs on-going review of technical or business issues where necessary. Work with management team early to avoid and discuss potential challenges, schedule delays, and budget overages or shortfalls.
- Provides input on project risks and opportunities.
- Communicates difficult concepts with a variety of audiences to ensure understanding amongst all applicable parties.
- Presents in formal presentation settings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Knowledge and experience leading change management processes.

Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering, business or project management discipline
- Master’s degree in engineering or project management preferred
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience working with engineering, technical or business change management.
- Direct experience employing process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma.
- Experience using investigative tools for root cause analysis.
- Experience leading and facilitating process improvement teams.
- Expert level of expertise using Microsoft Office applications with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel. Programming (like VBA) is preferred.
- Previous experience working with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) including Period of Performance Extensions, Excusable Delays, Notifications of (project) Change, preferred
- Previous experience with DoD and Launch Range operations preferred.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar formal project/program management certification and/or training, preferred
- ITIL 4 Certification, preferred
- Some travel (25%) may be required
- The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, which includes U.S. citizenship
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License required

The salary range for this role is $97,115.00 to $135,000; however, RGNext considers several factors when extending an offer for employment, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training and preferred skills and knowledge.
