This position is assigned to Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, FL.
This position is not eligible for telecommuting.
Essential Functions
- Perform Microsoft 2003 / 2008 / 2012,2016,2019 systems administrator duties
- Analyze, log, track and resolve basic software / hardware anomalies pertaining to networking connectivity, printers, servers, and applications to meet mission requirements under the direction of more senior Systems Administrators
- Assist in hardware / software installations and upgrades to ensure work is properly performed in accordance with company / Space Force policy
- Assist with Isolating and diagnosing common system problems; document system events to ensure continuous functioning
- Implement approved course of action
- Perform system backups and standard administrator duties
- Interface with all levels of RGNext, Space Force, Department of Defense, Eastern Range customers and management
- Assist with Reviewing system logs for vulnerability and optimization
- Conduct Information Assurance Assessments
- Complete assigned training
- Perform other duties as assigned
