Summary
As an Accounts Receivable Clerk at Range Kleen Mfg. Inc., you will be a vital part of our finance team located in Lima, OH. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely collection of payments, directly supporting our mission to deliver quality products to customers worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer account information and ensure records are up-to-date.
- Prepare and send invoices to customers while following up on outstanding payments.
- Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to address customer inquiries regarding billing issues.
- Utilize accounting software to track payments and generate reports.
- Support the finance department with additional tasks as required.

- Clearing Completion Time
- Authorized deductions cleared in a timely manner
- Managing Open Receivables
- Hitting target AR Past Due %, Filing timely clearings on accounts
- Maintain Essential Task List & Position How To’s {90% Completion}
- Develop, update, maintain, and train clear and concise How To’s for job position
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate financial calculations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Ability to negotiate payment terms when necessary is a plus.
- Advanced experience with Excel, Word, and the internet.
