Position Summary:
This is an entry level analyst position that will provide exposure to a wide range of treasury and finance functions, including exposure to credit analysis, ad hoc financial reporting, cash management and special projects. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
Treasury Responsibilities:
- Process and coordinate cash disbursements, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Handle cash receipts and ensure proper recording and reconciliation.
- Administer direct deposits and maintain accurate records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure consistency between internal systems and external bank records.
- Reconcile checks, addressing discrepancies as needed.
- Assist in various special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Finance Responsibilities:
- Support in ad hoc financial reporting as requested by senior management.
- Conduct credit analysis for trading counterparties to ensure compliance and risk management.
- Coordinate collateral, including guarantees and letters of credit, ensuring all agreements are in place and up-to-date.
- Coordinate contract management through Agiloft, ensuring contracts are properly stored, tracked, and maintained.
- Contribute to special finance-related projects, including system improvements and process optimizations.
