Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary
- Conduct quality control inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes
Requirements:
- No Previous experience as a CNC Operator necessary, will train
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of tooling concepts
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control standards
- Basic math skills for performing calculations and measurements
