This is a high-impact role where you'll shape the foundation of our company operations, ensuring that our people, processes, and systems are aligned to support our mission. You’ll manage a team spanning multiple functions and work closely with leadership to drive operational excellence.
This role is based at Range's Headquarters in McLean, VA or one of our hubs in New York City, Seattle, or Austin. If you are not currently located in one of these areas, your willingness to relocate will be a contingency for employment.

What You’ll Do With Us
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams across Finance, Compliance, Talent, and Customer Support
- Develop and execute scalable processes that enhance efficiency, communication and accountability across teams
- Partner with leadership to align operations with company strategy and ensure seamless execution
- Set clear goals and drive progress forward for each team
- Improve execution by implementing metrics, tracking KPIs and ensuring teams have the right data to drive impact
- Create a culture of operational excellence
- Hire, coach and support team members, providing regular feedback, professional development opportunities, and guidance for career growth
- Proven experience in operations leadership, ideally at a scaling company
- Strong people management skills—you know how to build, mentor, and retain high-performing teams
- A systems thinker, who can design and refine processes to support a growing team
