Job Title : Emergency Room Nurse (NIGHT SHIFT RN)
Job Specialty : Emergency Room Nurse
Job Duration : 13 weeks
Shift : 7 pm - 7 am
Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week
Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience
License : Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Certifications : Relevant certifications preferred
Must-Have : Ability to work night shifts, ER and swing bed experience
Job Description :
- Provide high-quality patient care in the emergency room setting
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Utilize Athena electronic medical records system to document patient interactions and care
- Ensure adherence to protocols and regulations to maintain patient safety
- Adapt quickly to high-stress and rapidly changing environments
- Provide exceptional communication and support to patients and families
- Maintain professional and compassionate interactions with patients and colleagues
- Cover holiday shifts as required
