Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Roll-Off Driver to join our team at Ranger Environmental. As a Roll-Off Driver, you will be responsible for hauling solid waste, primarily tires, in Roll-off Trucks. You will also be responsible for loading, transporting, and disposing of waste material according to environmentally responsible policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Hauling solid waste, primarily tires, in Roll-off Trucks
* Loading, transporting, and disposing of waste material according to environmentally responsible policies and procedures
* Maintaining equipment according to company guidelines
* Operating roll-off trucks in various weather conditions
* Maintaining electronic driving logs
* Driving safely and operating in accordance with all local, state, federal laws as relates to motor carrier safety regulations
Requirements:
* Valid Class B CDL
* Tanker Endorsement Required
* Hazmat Endorsement preferred or ability to obtain with company reimbursement
* No Automatic restriction
* 1 year of recent experience with Roll-off Trucks preferred
Benefits:
* Competitive hourly rate ($20.00 - $25.00)
* Full-time position with no less than 40 hours per week
* 6 paid holidays after 90-days
* 2 days sick pay annually after 90-days
* 2 days bereavement pay after 90-days (according to Bereavement Policy)
* Eligible for Health/Dental/Vision insurance after 90-days
* Eligible for 401k after 1-year employment (4% match)
* 40 hours vacation after 1-year employment, and annually thereafter; 80 hours vacation after 3-year employment, and annually thereafter
