Pay Range: Commission-based role where you can make $150,000 or more based on performance!!!!!!
Benefits: Insurance (health, dental, and vision, with minimal out-of-pocket cost for the employee), 401k with 4% company match, 8 Paid Holidays Floating Birthday Holiday (to be used in birthday month), 1 hour paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial customers.
- Educate potential clients on HVAC products and services, helping them choose the best solutions.
- Conduct in-home and on-site consultations to assess customer needs.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, ensuring transparency and professionalism.
- Follow up with potential leads and close sales effectively.
- Collaborate with the service and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales goals through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of sales experience, preferably in HVAC, home services, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain HVAC products and services effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking.
- Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
